Allana played for Australia at Rugby Sevens 2013 and then suffered consecutive injuries to her knees that forced Allana onto the sidelines. The Australian returned to the soccer after a few years. Allana had a great time for New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland in 2015, a game she also played in 2015.
